Piqle Seasons Rules for Players

1. Participation in Piqle Seasons

• Participation in Piqle Seasons is available to all registered users of the Piqle app.
• Players must be registered in the app and provide up-to-date contact information, such as full name, email address. For prize recipients: phone number, and delivery address for receiving prizes. The device ID will also be stored to identify the device-login pairing.

2. Duration of Seasons

• The Autumn Season starts on September 1, 2024, and lasts for three months.
• The Winter Season starts on December 1, 2024, and lasts for three months.

3. Earning Piqle Points

• Players earn Piqle Points by completing various tasks and participating in matches.
• Each day, players are offered daily tasks, and each week, they are offered weekly tasks to complete.
• Players can choose to complete or not complete tasks, corresponding to earning or not earning Piqle Points.
• Players can earn additional Piqle Points by inviting friends and participating in special events.

4. Exchanging Piqle Points for Prizes

• At the end of the season, players can exchange their Piqle Points for valuable prizes from the reward list.
• Prizes are awarded in descending order of importance according to the number of Piqle Points earned.
• The prize list is available in the app and on the landing page.

5. Player Ranking

• The app features a player ranking, showing all players ranked by the number of Piqle Points earned.
• The player's rank in the leaderboard is available on the landing page.
• The ranking is updated in real-time.

6. Code of Conduct

• Players must adhere to fair play rules and not use third-party software to gain advantages.
• Players can only participate from one device and use only one account on one device. Violating this rule will result in a ban and disqualification.
• Players must conduct games on courts. Violating this rule will result in a ban and disqualification.
• Tasks can be individual or group tasks. Players are prohibited from including people in group tasks without prior agreement. Violating this rule will result in a ban and disqualification.

7. Privacy and Security

• All personal data of players is protected and used only for purposes related to Piqle Seasons.
• Players must use unique and secure passwords for their accounts.

8. Feedback and Support

• Players can provide feedback on the app's use and participate in surveys to improve Piqle Seasons.
• User support is available through the "Contact" section on the landing page or in the support chat in the app.
